What is Powher Pre Workout?
Powher Pre Workout is a pre-workout supplement that is specifically tailored to help women enjoy a more productive workout. It contains a blend of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as some other key ingredients that are known to help improve performance.
The primary benefit of using Powher pre-workout is that it helps women go harder for longer during their workouts. This is thanks to the inclusion of ingredients like caffeine, which has been shown to improve performance. Additionally, Powher pre-workout contains other ingredients that are known to improve blood flow and increase energy levels.
Powher Pre Workout Price
Powher Pre Workout is priced at $49.00 (£35.00) for a month’s supply, which is a bit on the high side compared to some other pre-workout supplements on the market. However, it does contain some high-quality ingredients, which we’ll talk about more in the next section.
If you wanted to try to get a better deal on Amazon or eBay, then I’m afraid you’ll be disappointed since Powher is only available to purchase from the official website. This may be less convenient, but it does ensure that you’re getting the real deal.
Ingredients
Vitamins B6 and B12
Vitamin B6 and Vitamin 12 both play important roles in assisting us with our daily energy levels, so it’s not surprising to see these vitamins used in Powher Pre Workout. For people who feel tired or fatigue often, these vitamins can be a great way to combat that feeling and help you feel more alert.
Pantothenic Acid
Pantothenic Acid is an essential vitamin that is responsible for helping us create energy from the food we eat. It’s also known to help improve mental clarity, so it can be a great addition to any pre-workout supplement.
EnXtra and Natural Caffeine
Caffeine is a well-known performance enhancer, and it’s often used in pre-workout supplements to help improve energy levels and focus. Powher Pre Workout contains EnXtra alongside caffeine, which is a branded ingredient designed to help improve the absorption of caffeine.
Rednite Beet Powder
RedNite is a relatively new ingredient that is starting to be used in pre-workout supplements. It’s designed to help improve blood flow and circulation, which can lead to improved performance. This particular ingredient happens to be in my preferred pre-workout, Pre Lab Pro. So, I definitely approve!
L-Citrulline
L-citrulline is an amino acid that is known to help improve blood flow and circulation. This can lead to improved performance, as well as faster recovery times. It’s therefore a great inclusion in Powher Pre Workout, because it can help you get the most out of your workouts.
Coconut Water Powder
Coconut water powder is another relatively new ingredient that is used in Powher Pre Workout. It’s a natural source of electrolytes, which can help improve hydration levels and energy production.
Taurine
Taurine is an ingredient often found in energy drinks, but the jury is out on this one. Some studies have shown that it can improve performance, while others have found no benefits. There’s no harm in including it in Powher Pre Workout, but I feel that it would have been better to use a more effective ingredient in its place, such as L-theanine, which is proven to reduce caffeine jitters and crashes.
First Impressions
Powher pre-workout is a product specifically designed for women who work out. It’s packed with some of the best ingredients to help you feel energized and ready to workout when it’s time, like caffeine and Rednite.
I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical at first because I thought this supplement would be like all the other ones on the market. I was surprised and happy to find that Powher Pre Workout contains a blend of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as some other key ingredients that are known to help improve performance.
I like the simple yet effective packaging of Powher Pre-Workout, too. It’s not flashy or over the top, but it does the job and lets you know what you’re getting. The ingredients are all listed clearly on the back of the tub, which is great because you can see exactly what you’re putting into your body.

How to Use Powher Pre Workout
Powher pre-workout is very easy to use. Simply mix one scoop with 8-10 ounces of water and drink it 30 minutes before your workout for best results.
Powher Pre Workout is designed to be used on days when you are working out. It’s best to avoid taking it on days when you’re not, as that’s not what pre-workout supplements are designed for.
My Verdict on Powher Pre Workout
Overall, I’d have to say that my experience using Powher Pre Workout was both good and bad. On the one hand, I really liked the energy it gave me and the focus it helped me maintain during my workouts. This is likely down to the proven ingredients it uses, such as natural caffeine and RedNite beet powder.
I also like the fact it’s specifically tailored to women, as most pre-workouts on the market are not. But some may see this as unnecessary as women can just as easily use the same pre-workouts as men.
On the other hand, I thought the taste was a bit too sweet for my liking, likely down to the sucralose used in the product. And as for the pricing, I think you can get a better bang for your buck elsewhere.
So, would I recommend Powher Pre Workout to others? Yes and no. If you’re a woman looking for a pre-workout that will give you energy and help you focus during your workouts, then it’s definitely worth trying. But if you’re not a fan of sweet-tasting supplements or you’re on a budget, then there are other options out there that may be better suited to you.
Although Powher Pre Workout is a decent product, it’s not the best option available on the market, in my opinion. There are cheaper and better-tasting pre-workouts available that use more effective ingredients. So, if you’re looking for a pre-workout to help you achieve your fitness goals, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
